Most agencies follow. Apex predators don't.
Your brand, your pipeline, and your systems are one business. Handing them to three separate vendors is why they never quite pull together. Orca runs all three under one roof, on one contract, with one person accountable for the whole thing.
Nothing breaks in the middle of a project. It breaks in the gaps between vendors.
The designer finishes a brand the developer never fully applies. The site launches and the SEO team cannot change the pages that matter. The marketing platform needs a server rule that IT will not approve for three weeks. Nobody is lying to you. Nobody owns the seam.
You end up as the project manager for three companies you are paying, which is the opposite of what you hired them for.
- Three kickoffs, three timelines, three invoices. Each one measured on its own scope rather than on whether your business grew.
- Finger pointing when something breaks. The web firm blames the host, the host blames the plugin, the marketing agency blames the site.
- Work that quietly contradicts itself. The brand guide says one thing, the site says another, and the ads say a third.
- Assets scattered across accounts you do not control. Until you try to leave and find out who actually holds them.
- Nobody owns the outcome. Each vendor is measured on their own deliverable, so every one of them can be doing their job while the business stands still.
- You become the translator. Explaining the brand to the developer, the site to the SEO firm, and the server to all three, in your own time.
Three specialist divisions. One team behind them.
Each one is deep enough to stand entirely on its own, and most clients start with just one. What makes them worth having together is that they were built to hand work to each other without dropping it.
Make people look twice.
Brand strategy, identity, and the website that carries it, built so a stranger trusts you inside three seconds and knows what to do next.
- Brand strategy, positioning, and naming
- Logo design and identity systems
- Web design, WordPress, and ecommerce
- Copywriting, graphic design, and SEO
Turn attention into revenue.
Most businesses are not short of leads. They are losing them in the minutes between someone raising a hand and someone answering.
- AI systems that answer every lead in seconds
- Voice AI reception, around the clock
- Search visibility, including inside AI answers
- Paid media and lifecycle email that earn their spend
Keep the whole thing standing.
More than twenty years of managed IT, security, and recovery behind every system the other two divisions put into production.
- Managed IT and helpdesk support
- Cybersecurity and ransomware prevention
- Cloud, migration, and data recovery
- Network monitoring and remote support
The value is not the discount. It is that nobody drops the handoff.
Plenty of agencies will bundle services and call it integration. Here is what it looks like when the three divisions genuinely share a plan.
Brand to web, without translation loss
The people who wrote your positioning are in the same room as the people building the pages. Nothing gets diluted passing between a design file and a live site.
Web to growth, without a rebuild
The site is architected for the campaigns before those campaigns exist. No discovering six months in that the pages you need to rank cannot be edited.
Growth to technology, without a ticket queue
When a lead system needs a server rule, a DNS record, or a security review, it happens the same week because it is the same company.
One point of contact for all of it.
You get a named person who owns the relationship across every division. They run the kickoff, send the written update, chair the quarterly review, and are personally accountable when something slips. You never have to work out which company to call.
- One contract. Scope, price, and terms in a single document rather than three that contradict each other.
- One plan. Brand, growth, and technology working from the same set of goals for the quarter.
- One report. A single monthly document covering all three, so you can see cause and effect instead of guessing.
- One number to call. And a person who can actually action it rather than route it.
Every one of these is checkable before you spend a dollar.
These are not values on a wall. They are the specific things clients told us other agencies broke, written down so you can hold us to them.
Never outsourced
Every hour billed is worked by our own team in the United States. No overseas subcontractors and no white labeled strangers, not once since 2013. Ask for the name of the person doing your work.
You own everything
Source files, code, domains, hosting, and copyright, all registered in your name from day one. If you leave, you take it all and nothing stops working.
Honest first
If your budget is better spent elsewhere, or you do not need what you called about, we will say so. We have talked people out of six figure projects.
Fixed price
One number and one scope agreed before work starts, with the exclusions written down too. Change orders only exist when you ask for something new, and they get quoted first.
A process with no mystery in it.
You will always know what stage we are at, what is coming next, and what it costs. Nobody should have to chase an agency for a status update.
A real conversation
Not a discovery questionnaire. We ask what is broken, what you have already tried, and what a win looks like twelve months out. Twenty minutes, no charge.
An honest read
Which divisions you actually need and in what order, in writing. Sometimes that is one of them. Sometimes it is none of them, and we will say so.
One fixed price
Fixed scope, fixed number, fixed timeline. Everything included is listed, and everything excluded is listed too, because that is where surprise invoices come from.
Build and hand over
Weekly written updates, work shown as it develops, then every file and login handed to you with training. We stay available, not attached.
Small and mid size businesses where the owner is still in the room.
Typically five to two hundred people. Big enough that better brand, better systems, and better visibility move real revenue. Small enough that we can talk to the person who actually decides.
We have built for these categories repeatedly, which means discovery starts from informed questions rather than a blank page on your budget.
- You are tired of explaining your business to a new account manager every quarter.
- Your website was built by someone who has since vanished, and nobody has the files.
- Your brand looks like it was assembled over five years by four different people, because it was.
- Your IT and your marketing have never spoken, and something between them keeps breaking.
- Something needs to change and nobody can tell you whether it is the brand, the site, or the systems underneath.
- You have been quoted by the hour before and watched the number climb while the scope stayed the same.
- You want the people who pitched you to be the people who actually do the work.
- Your growth stalled and the reason is not obvious, because no single vendor can see the whole picture.
- You would rather hear an honest no than a comfortable yes.
The questions owners ask first.
Do I have to use all three divisions?
No, and most clients start with one. Each division stands entirely on its own and is quoted separately. The advantage of using more than one is that they were built to hand work to each other without dropping it, and you get a single contract and a single point of contact either way.
What does working with Orca cost?
It depends on which divisions you engage and at what depth. A logo on its own usually runs three to eight thousand dollars. A full brand identity with strategy behind it lands between twelve and thirty five thousand. Websites typically fall between eight and thirty thousand. Managed IT and growth systems are monthly. You always get one fixed number after a scoping call, never an hourly estimate that grows.
Do you outsource any of the work?
Never. Every strategist, designer, writer, developer, and technician is on our own team in the United States. Not one project has gone to a third party contractor or an overseas studio since 2013. Ask for the name of the person who would do your work and expect to speak with them before you sign anything.
Who owns the work when it is finished?
You do, completely. Source files, working files, code repositories, domains, hosting, analytics, and copyright, all in your name from day one rather than transferred at the end. A surprising number of the businesses that call us are calling because they cannot get their own logo file back from someone else.
Where are you based?
In the United States, working with clients in all fifty states. Most engagements run remotely, which means you get the right specialist for your project rather than whoever happens to be nearby. We travel for kickoffs and workshops when a project warrants it.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks. We run a limited number of projects at once on purpose, because taking on more than we can do properly is how agencies start disappointing people. If your timeline is tighter than that, tell us on the first call and we will be straight about whether it is realistic.
Tell us which part hurts most.
You do not need to know which division you need. Describe what is not working and a senior member of the pod will come back with an honest read, a realistic timeline, and a number. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
